Are you feeling a bit stressed, burnt out or just searching for something but not quite sure what it is? Is there something in your life that you feel needs a bit of work …finding some balance, peace, contentment, or some focus for the things you want to achieve?

This one-day workshop will give you the chance to step away from the “doing” of life and examine what’s really going on for you and what might be blocking your happiness and success. This is an opportunity to focus on your own well-being and allow yourself time to begin to discover what it is to be fully present and feel what it is you need in life.

This is a day of exploration where we will look at what it means to be happy and fulfilled. You will learn mindfulness techniques, self-coaching practice and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which you can use in your daily life to ground and balance yourself and achieve goals you never thought possible.

This is an introduction to some of the main practices of these techniques but with a strong focus on the scientific evidence that supports its effectiveness and is an opportunity to begin to develop your own practice and learning.

  • Making major life changes
  • Gaining control of stress and anxiety
  • Confidence and self esteem
  • Body image and weight management
  • Health goals
  • Increasing Energy levels
  • Motivation, Drive and Leadership
  • Breaking unhelpful habits/behaviours

Workshop times: 10am to 4:30pm

Lunch: Please feel free to bring a lunch with you. Teas, coffee and water will be provided throughout the day.
